These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ScaleCity Playground platform (the "Service"). By creating an account, you accept these Terms without reservation.
1. Purpose of the Service
ScaleCity Playground is an AI-powered creative playground for generating, editing and orchestrating visual, video and text content for professional and advertising use.
2. User account
Account creation requires a valid email and a secure password, or the use of a third-party identity provider (Google). You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities performed through your account.
3. Business model — credits
The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go basis. Use of the AI models consumes credits purchased in advance. Credits offered on signup are non-refundable once consumed, and never expire. Indicative pricing is published on the homepage and may be revised with prior notice.
4. Intellectual property
4.1 Generated content
Subject to full payment of consumed credits, you own the commercial-use rights to content generated via the Service. You are solely responsible for its distribution and compliance with third-party rights (trademarks, personalities, protected works).
4.2 Platform
The Service, its code, design, orchestrated models and documentation remain the exclusive property of ScaleCity Playground.
5. Prohibited uses
- Generating hateful, discriminatory, CSAM or violence-inciting content
- Identity theft, counterfeiting, large-scale disinformation
- Quota bypassing, reverse-engineering, reselling access
- Any use violating French and European laws
6. Availability
We use all reasonable means to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee continuous availability. Interruptions for maintenance, upgrades or provider incidents (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, BytePlus) may occur.
7. Liability
Our liability is capped at the amount of credits consumed over the last three months. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of business or reputational harm related to use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. A 30-day retention period applies before permanent deletion. We reserve the right to suspend any account in case of Terms violation.
9. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
